Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney

Requirements:

Candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience with privacy and data security litigation within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Engagement with class actions & investigations ; Keen understanding of data privacy laws and regulations such as CCPA, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades preferred) ; Strong drafting, research, and verbal & written communication skills required ; Washington State Bar.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Representing a diverse clientele with the full spectrum of privacy litigation, including technology companies, financial institutions, and healthcare organizations.
• Managing discovery for cases involving data breaches, regulatory violations, and privacy claims.
• Assisting in class actions.
• Participating in depositions and hearings, and developing case strategies.
• Guiding clients through government and internal investigations related to privacy issues.
