Company Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Management Banker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of banking services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, including banking, sales, and offering investment products.

Banker will also be responsible for providing top customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    Job Description

     

    • Understand the needs and goals of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and develop customized solutions to meet their financial objectives
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking and investment needs
    • Offer a full range of banking services, including deposit products, loans, lines of credit, and credit cards, to meet the financial needs of clients
    • Utilize knowledge of investment products to advise clients on strategic investment decisions and offer investment products that align with their financial goals
    • Actively provide advice, guidance, and education to clients on financial markets, trends, and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain a client book of business, utilizing sales techniques and networking to attract new clients and retain existing ones
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as portfolio managers and financial advisors, to provide clients needs
    • Meet sales targets and performance metrics set by the bank

    Qualifications

     

    • Extensive Banking Experience: A wealth management banker should have a strong background in banking, with a thorough understanding of various financial products, services, and instruments. They should be well-versed in banking regulations and have a deep understanding of the financial markets.
    • Sales Expertise: A successful wealth management banker should possess strong sales skills to promote and sell investment products and services. They should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
    • Knowledge of Investment Products: A wealth management banker should have a comprehensive understanding of investment products and their performance in the market. They should be able to provide sound investment advice to clients based on their financial goals and risk appetite.
    • Customer Service Oriented: A good wealth management banker should prioritize providing exceptional service to clients. This includes being responsive, addressing clients' needs and concerns, and maintaining regular communication.
    • Strong Analytical Skills: A wealth management banker should possess strong analytical skills to track and evaluate the performance of investments and make informed recommendations to clients. They should also be able to conduct portfolio reviews and identify new investment opportunities.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for a wealth management banker.
