Private Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to an aged sick mother. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, administering medication, and ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of the elderly individual.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

2. Administer medication as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

3. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.

4. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status.

5. Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.

6. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces.

7. Accompany the elderly individual to medical appointments and help communicate with healthcare professionals.

8. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by preventing falls and addressing any safety concerns.

9. Support the elderly individual with mobility assistance and exercise routines.

10. Keep family members informed about the elderly individual's health and well-being.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably working with elderly or sick individuals.

2. Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices.

3. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly individuals.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Patience and understanding when dealing with challenging situations.

6. Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.

7. Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred.

8. Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and transferring the elderly individual.
