The Executive Director will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and fostering a culture of care within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively oversee our dedicated team and deliver exceptional care to our clients.

As an Executive Director at AdvisaCare, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the overall operation of the home care agency to ensure the highest quality of care is provided
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensuring the agency complies with state and federal regulations
• Managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
• Monitoring the agency's financial performance and implementing strategies for growth
• Creating a positive work environment that motivates staff and improves service delivery
• Must have direct hands on patient care!! Required

Qualifications:

• Degree in health care management, business administration, or related field preferred
• Proven leadership experience in home health care or a similar setting
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clinical background is a plus but not mandatory
