Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities is hiring compassionate and reliable Private Duty In-Home Caregivers in the Fond du Lac area.

Private Duty care gives you the opportunity to focus on one client at a time in their own home. You'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while building the kind of one-on-one relationship that's difficult to find in a busy facility setting.

Pay & Performance Bonus

Base Pay: $17–$20+ per hour

Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, and the individual client assignment.

Dependability Pays at Interim

In addition to your regular hourly rate, eligible Private Duty caregivers can earn an additional Hourly Performance Bonus on qualifying hours.

The performance bonus rewards caregivers who meet program requirements related to:

• Dependable attendance
• Quality client care
• Proper clock-in and clock-out procedures
• Other applicable performance requirements

Performance Bonus eligibility requirements apply. Bonus programs and rates are subject to company policy.

Flexible Scheduling

Your life doesn't always fit into a traditional Monday–Friday schedule. That's why we offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Available assignments may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Shorter shifts
• Extended shifts

We'll work to match you with available clients and schedules that fit your experience and availability whenever possible.

One Client at a Time

Private Duty caregiving is different from working in a busy facility.

Instead of being responsible for multiple residents at once, you'll provide individualized care and support to a client in their own home.

Our clients come from all walks of life—veterans, retirees, former teachers, professionals, parents, and grandparents. Each has their own personality, experiences, routines, and care needs.

You'll have the opportunity to get to know the person you're caring for while helping them continue living where they're most comfortable: at home.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will vary based on each client's individual care plan and may include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Mobility, walking, and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and linen changes
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands when required by the assignment
• Providing supervision and safety support
• Helping clients maintain their independence and daily routines
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Following the client's individualized plan of care
• Communicating with clients, families, and the Interim HealthCare team

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but candidates with limited professional caregiving experience may also be considered for appropriate assignments.

Client placement and starting pay are based on experience, qualifications, availability, and individual client needs.

You do not need to travel to Menasha to interview for this position.

In-person interviews for our Fond du Lac Private Duty opportunities are conducted in Fond du Lac.

Phone interviews may also be available on a case-by-case basis.
