 Job Title: PRN Private Duty Nurse (RN)

 Aspen Private Duty Nursing is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to provide 1:1 care for a trach, vent, peg, wound patient in the home setting in Fort Worth, Texas.

Position Details

• Employment Type: FT,  PRN
• Shift: 8 hour shifts, Monday-Sunday 
• Setting: Private residence
• Patient Population: Trach, Vent, Peg (1:1 care)
• Location: Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a 1:1 home setting
• Monitor patient condition and manage related symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform ongoing assessments and document accurately
• Communicate effectively with physicians, care team, and family
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas RN license
• Experience with oncology patients
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification
