Private Home Care Office Assistant Manager

Come help us grow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is customer-centric and loves people. The perfect candidate will be able to multi-task, be organized, friendly and reliable.  This job is Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend event. This multi faceted position includes but is not limited to:

1. Help take incoming calls from clients and caregivers. 


2. Assist with caregiver scheduling on Wellsky System.


3. Help coordinate client assesments and caregiver in person job interviews.


4. Follow up with client leads and input into spreadsheet for ongoing tracking.


5. Monitor caregiver clock in and clock outs and make sure notes are current.


6. Input and update caregiver licensing information.


7. Assist with marketing events.


8. Prepare caregiver new hire packets and file as needed .


9. Assist with office administrative duties.


10. Conduct client follow up visits and document comments.

We are looking for someone who is or may have caregiver experience that wants to learn the office side of the business. Some traits that will be helpful are:

• Punctual


• Organized


• Detailed


• Some Caregiver experience


• Must have Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation


• Be able to pass State background check
