Private Nanny

About the Position

One of our clients is a family in Delafield, WI who is seeking a nanny for their infant, who will be nearly 5 months old when care begins in November.

• November: Care will be more limited — over a two-week period with a few 3–5 hour shifts each week, focused on spending time together and building familiarity.


• December onward: The role will transition toward a fuller schedule, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Some flexibility with hours is possible in December as the parent’s return to work may initially involve reduced hours.

The family has one very friendly senior dog.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, preparing and washing bottles, diapering, and meeting daily needs


• Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities to support development and stimulation


• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and consistent environment

Requirements

• Two professional references (email addresses or phone numbers must be provided when applying)


• Willingness to complete a free background check prior to hire


• Reliable transportation to and from the family’s home


• Comfort working in a home with pets
  
  

Compensation

$18 – $21 per hour
