Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a Private Pay Billing Specialist to support our Financial Services team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail focused, and confident handling billing, collections, and communication with both internal teams and clients.

What You Will Do
Represent the Financial Services team professionally on the phone and in person
Generate and post revenue on a weekly basis
Submit claims and follow up on denials
Handle collections and maintain accurate account records
Communicate with operations and internal teams to resolve issues
Maintain organized, timely, and accurate documentation
Support additional billing and administrative tasks as needed

What You Need
At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Professional phone presence and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, professional attitude

Billing or collections experience preferred, but we will train the right person
