PRN Allergy Tech

Advanced ENT & Allergy is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented PRN Allergy Tech to join our talented team. In this role, you will provide support in the administration of allergy treatments and contribute to the overall care of our patients. This PRN position allows for flexible scheduling while playing a vital role in the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer allergy injections and conduct skin testing as directed by the allergy provider
• Monitor patients for any immediate reactions post-treatment and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Educate patients on allergy management and treatment plans
• Assist with the maintenance of allergy supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for procedures
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in electronic medical records accurately
• Provide excellent patient care and communication throughout their visit

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical training or certification is a plus
• Prior experience as an Allergy Tech or in a similar medical role preferred
• Strong knowledge of allergy treatments and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours on an as-needed basis
