PRN - Front Desk / Patient Concierge

We are seeking to fill a PRN Front Desk / Patient Concierge position with an experienced individual who is a master at multi-tasking and loves to help make patients feel welcome upon arrival. The primary responsibilities will be scheduling, answering phones, and other duties such as patient online inquiries. 

Hours:  AS NEEDED:  Mon - Fri 7:00am - 4:00pm, and alternate Saturdays from 7:00am until about 11:00am 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Calling/Scheduling patient appointments


• Sending/Receiving Medical Records


• Patient Check-in/Check-Out

Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required - Associate's or Bachelor's preferred


• 2 years of medical administrative experience


• Proficiency in keyboarding skills and experience with electronic medical records


• Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements
