  Flexible Schedule: 10–15 hours/week (plus occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

  Perform caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits

  Ensure caregiver and client documentation is up to date and compliant

  Collaborate with the care team to support client health and satisfaction

  
  

• 
  

  Active RN license in North Carolina (good standing)

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year of nursing experience (6+ months in a supervisory role preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for senior care and comfort working independently

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean background
