• Active LPN License in Arizona
• Experience in Home Health Care Preferred
• Strong Clinical Assessment Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Work Independently and Responsibly

• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR Certification
• Ability to Pass Background Check and Drug Test
