As a Hospice RN, you will be working primarily within senior living communities and patients' homes. This position involves traveling to various communities and homes in the surrounding counties, rather than working in the city. Employees will receive mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits, in accordance with the IRS standard mileage rate.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a dedicated RN who:

  • Holds a valid nursing license and has a passion for providing compassionate end-of-life care.
  • Has experience in hospice or home health (preferred).
  • Is skilled in building relationships with patients and families, ensuring they feel supported and understood.
  • Brings a positive attitude and compassion to brighten the days of those around them.
