PRN Licensed Therapist (Residential Treatment Center- Hybrid Schedule)

Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City has an immediate opening for a Licensed Therapist. We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving the lives of those with mental health illness. 

Our Licensed Therapist responsibilities include some of the following:

· Psychosocial assessment of new patients; developing an update or detailed reassessment of the patient

· Maintains contact with family and significant others in the patient’s life when appropriate and provides patient and family education, support, and advocacy

· Provides coordination and acts as liaison with community based social and mental health agencies

· Facilitates discharge planning and conducts post discharge follow-up to assure that linkage of the patient with community resources has occurred reducing re-hospitalization

· Facilitate groups with patients daily

· Facilitates discharge planning and conducts post discharge follow-up to assure that linkage of the patient with community resources has occurred reducing re-hospitalization

Please apply if you have the following qualifications:

· Education: Level of knowledge acquired through the completion from an accredited School of Mental Health Counseling, Human Services or Social Work. Must be License eligible in the State of Arkansas.

· Experience: At least one (1) year of related experience in a Residential, Community and/or Behavioral Health setting is preferred.

· Schedule: Flexible
