PRN LPN Needed 4 Shifts a Month Minimum

We are seeking a motivated PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, working a minimum of four shifts per month. This role offers the flexibility to provide quality nursing care while supporting the health and well-being of patients in Henrico County, VA.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans.


• Perform thorough patient assessments and document clinical information accurately.


• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to promote optimal health outcomes.


• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.


• Provide patient education on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Virginia.


• Previous home health nursing experience preferred but not required.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently during shifts.


• MUST BE 21 or Older!!!
