PRN Nurse (Day/Night)
Registered Nurse – Substance Use Disorder Residential & Detox Facility
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (7am-7pm / 7pm–7am), Rotation: Every other weekend
Rate: $30 - $45/hour (plus night shift differential)
$10K Sign-On Bonus (T's & C'S)

We are hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver safe, empathetic, and high-quality care within our premier residential and detox facility. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our patients' recovery journeys, handling comprehensive assessments, leading the on-shift nursing team, and safely managing detoxification protocols. We are a comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment facility offering 24/7 medical detox, addiction recovery, inpatient psychiatric care, PHP and IOP. Serving adults across Missouri with compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a modern, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and manage overnight treatment plans
- Maintain a safe therapeutic environment through consistent monitoring
- Lead nursing care and support staff during overnight hours
- Coordinate with providers and on-call leadership as needed
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Qualifications
- Current RN license; BSN required,
- 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
- Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
Ability to work independent on night shift.
Must be 21 or older
