Overview:

Sterling Medical is currently seeking a dedicated PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Foreign Affairs Security Training Center Clinic located directly on base at Ft Pickett, Virginia. The clinic operates during convenient hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive medical services to federal employees, family members, and other eligible individuals at the Foreign Affairs Security Training Center Clinic.

- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute medical conditions promptly and effectively.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

- Demonstrate proficiency in performing medical procedures and interventions as necessary.

- Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia.

- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
