Job Summary:
Our ideal Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant candidate will work independently and must be responsible, self-confident, and have excellent judgment and decision-making skills. The provider will work with a variety of patients and must be caring, compassionate, and able to communicate well with people of all ages and backgrounds. They will promote effective working relations and work effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Clinic’s ability to meet its goals and objectives. Provider must demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
This provider will be called in when needed to cover shifts in our Express Care clinic, and evenings and weekends are required.

Health Requirements:
All employees are required to provide proof of vaccination for Flu, Hepatitis B and Tuberculosis (TB) as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Requirements
A registered nurse who has completed advanced education, usually a master's in nursing degree with an emphasis in nurse practitioner.
Or
A graduate of an AMA-recognized physician assistant training program that is accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission or Education for Physician Assistant.
Required Licenses/Certifications
Or
Missouri State Advance Practice Nurse License
Current BLS Certification required.
