PRN Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients on an as-needed (PRN) basis, ensuring adherence to industry standards and R|O|C policies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring consistency and excellence in patient care.
• Participate in case management, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to support and grow client relations.

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a strong commitment to patient care and professional development.
