PRN Physical Therapist - KORT- Outpatient at Home- Louisville, KY

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient at Home Weekends- Louisville,KY 

Location: Covering Jefferson, Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby and Oldham

Schedule: PRN, weekends;  2 weekend/month

Compensation: $65.00/visit weekends; with mileage reimbursement.

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to help on an as-needed basis to cover 2 weekends a month working with our outpatient in home teams. We pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that is suited for you! Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is ideal.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• CPR certification
