Responsibilities

• Visiting clients' homes to document medical history


• Conducting health assessments

• Training of new caregivers

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania


• Previous experience in home care preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team
