PRN Registered Nurse ($53/hr)

 We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and highly motivated Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Psychiatric care team. Working under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and in compliance with the State Nurse Practice Act, the RN plays a key role in delivering safe, evidence-based care to children and adolescents experiencing acute behavioral health challenges. This role combines direct patient care with leadership in assessment, coordination, delegation, and quality improvement.

 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Montana
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices 

Preferred Experience:

• 1–2 years of psychiatric or pediatric nursing experience

Compensation will be a training wage of $40/hr until all orientation and required trainings are complete. Orientation is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm for the first three weeks. All unit orientation shifts must be completed within 90 days of hire. Must be available every Thursday during weeks 3 to 8 for nursing orientation classes.
