Job Summary

Leora Dayton is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents/patients in achieving their best possible health outcomes, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to facility policies.


• Monitor and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and changes in status.


• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.


• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.


• Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation.


• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.


• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and care plans.


• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.


• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio


• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.


• Must be 21 or older


• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Schedule

• PRN / As Needed


• Flexible scheduling, including availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional shift coverage as needed.
