Pro Shop Manager – Leadership Track Opportunity

We are not a traditional shooting range. We are an outdoor shooting experience — and we’re looking for someone who can lead the front-end of that experience.

This is a full-time Pro Shop Manager position with a clear path to Assistant GM or General Manager for the right leader.

What This Role Really Is

You are the face of the Pro Shop. You create the first impression. You set the energy. You drive the sales. You keep the operation tight.

Our guests are largely tourists and first-time shooters. They are here for an experience. Your job is to make the retail side just as memorable as the range.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Guest Experience

• Deliver enthusiastic, professional customer service


• Engage comfortably with first-time shooters and tourists


• Create a fun, welcoming retail environment

Operations & Administration

• Create and manage staff schedules


• Train and onboard new team members


• Open and close registers


• Oversee cash handling and daily reconciliation


• Maintain organization, accountability, and retail standards

Sales & Growth

• Maximize sales per guest in a boutique retail footprint


• Increase average transaction value


• Merchandise strategically for visibility and impulse purchases


• Monitor inventory and suggest improvements

Who We’re Looking For

• Retail experience required (pay based on experience)


• Strong sales mindset


• Organized and detail-oriented


• High energy with strong people skills


• Comfortable in a tourism-driven environment


• Leadership potential


• Firearms experience is a plus, not required

Schedule

Thursday – Monday
Pro Shop Hours: 10 AM – 5 PM
Operating Hours: 9:30 AM – 6 PM
Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays
