What you will be doing:

• Handle probate, trust, and commercial litigation cases.
  


• Draft and file legal documents.
  


• Conduct legal research.
  


• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
  


• Engage in probate administration, estate planning, and corporate law tasks.
  

Experience you will need:

• Minimum 3-5+ years handling probate/trust/commercial litigation.
  


• Experience handling substantive hearings, depositions, and conducting trials.
  


• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
  


• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
