Procedural Specialist – Ohio & Indiana



Position Summary

We are seeking a Procedural Specialist to support a portfolio of advanced interventional and imaging technologies across Ohio and Indiana. This individual will work closely with sales representatives, physicians, clinical staff, and hospital teams to support successful product implementation, procedural training, and ongoing technology adoption. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of clinical knowledge, technical aptitude, and customer-facing experience and is comfortable working in procedural environments involving stereotactic surgery, ultrasound, MRI, catheterization labs, and related technologies.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide on-site and remote clinical and technical support during procedures, including product setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, hands-on training, and competency assessments for physicians, clinicians, technologists, and nursing staff.

  • Partner with the sales organization during pre-sale and post-sale activities, including product demonstrations, workflow assessments, technical evaluations, and customer education.

  • Support the successful implementation and adoption of new technologies within hospitals and healthcare facilities.

  • Collaborate with hospital engineering, IT, and clinical teams to support system integration and workflow optimization.

  • Develop and deliver customized procedural protocols, best-practice recommendations, and educational materials.

  • Gather clinical feedback and product usage information and communicate relevant insights to internal commercial, product, and regulatory teams.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and clinical trends within stereotactic surgery, ultrasound imaging, MRI, interventional procedures, and catheterization labs.

  • Participate in regional conferences, customer workshops, product launches, and other educational programs.

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or a related clinical/technical field preferred.

  • 2–4+ years of clinical, procedural, or technical support experience within a hospital, healthcare, or medical device environment.

  • Experience supporting procedures and/or medical technologies within interventional radiology, surgery, imaging, or cardiology strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of stereotactic surgery, ultrasound imaging, MRI, catheterization laboratory workflows, or related technologies.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot sophisticated medical technology.

  • Demonstrated ability to educate and train physicians and clinical personnel.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience supporting medical device sales, product demonstrations, or new technology implementation is preferred.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with sales representatives while maintaining credibility with clinical customers.

  • Ability to travel throughout Ohio and Indiana up to approximately 50%.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
