Process & IT Systems Engineer

abra R&D is seeking for a Process and Information Systems Engineer.

We are looking for a skilled Process and Information Systems Engineer to influence work processes and information management for thousands of employees.

This role requires strong business understanding and process analysis capabilities.

A full-time, on-site position, based in central of Israel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and define business processes; implement them within existing IT systems or provide creative solutions as needed
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in business process and information flow
• Define dashboards for managers, generate reports for end-users, and design RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes
• Write functional specifications, process documentation, testing and integration plans, and support implementation with end-users
• Deploy existing solutions across multiple departments within the division

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of systems such as MES, PLM, WMS, CRM, Workflow tools
• Knowledge of BI, BO, RPA tools – an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
• Team player with the ability to create synergy and collaboration.
