  • Partners with Process Optimization Specialists and subject‑matter experts to identify where process standards are required and ensure appropriate governance classification and approval routing.

  • Tracks process adherence, health, and maturity using governance dashboards and defined compliance and maturity metrics.

  • Surfaces deviations from approved standards, determines appropriate corrective or escalation actions, and drives resolution with process owners and relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensures governance outcomes, change‑control dispositions, and exception resolutions are accurately captured, partnering with the Standards & Documentation Coordinator for formal documentation and repository updates.

  • Supports audit and assurance activities by ensuring governance documentation is complete, current, traceable, and readily accessible.

  • Continuously improves governance processes, tools, and workflows to increase clarity, efficiency, and adoption across the organization.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.

Minimum Experience

  • Two (2) years of experience in process governance, assurance, compliance, or operational control roles.

  • Experience with audit support, traceability practices, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination preferred.

Skills

  • Process Governance & Controls – Strong understanding of governance frameworks, decision rights, change‑control mechanisms, and compliance expectations.

  • Adherence & Maturity Monitoring – Ability to track process adherence, health, and maturity using governance dashboards and defined compliance metrics.

  • Audit & Assurance Support – Experience supporting audit and assurance activities, with a focus on documentation completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
