Description: Department Function: Global Enterprise Services delivers solutions to teammates across the company including creative services, office supplies, postal and print services, food services, and sports and event ticket management. Improves service delivery through operational excellence and expense reduction.
Engaged in and learn the current processes including reviewing current policy, standards, and process documentation. Learn applications required for managing processes according to enterprise standards. Capture input from the team and document it within the required application or electronic format. Use what is learned to create supporting documentation and challenge parts of the process which are not clear or could be improved. Includes documenting activities, controls, risks, and metrics for the process. Works with team members throughout all phases of completing the project and its documentation. Accountable for the quality and timely completion of project analysis and deliverables. May be accountable for the tracking of the tactics for achieving key activities for the process or projects. Accountable for the analysis, tracking, and improvement recommendations in the design, development, or implementation.
Day-to-day responsibilities: Will be gaining an understanding of current processes Learning to manage processes according to bank standards Create supporting documentation for the processes Asking questions to understand processes and provide feedback on opportunities to improve or better capture what is happening within the process Ensuring the process and documentation are understandable for anyone Working closely with a team to accomplish these objectives
Required skills/experience/education: College degree Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)
Desired skills/experience/education: Previous experience at Client Six Sigma Process design
