Process Enforcement Monitor

Peregrine Team is hiring for a Process Enforcement Monitor in Abilene, TX. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

$18-$19/hour 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor personnel entry and exit points to controlled or sanitized areas to ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify correct and complete PPE usage (e.g., coveralls, gloves, shoe covers, masks).
• Ensure individuals do not introduce contaminants such as dust, debris, or unauthorized materials into clean zones.
• Maintain accurate logs of compliance checks, incidents, and non-conformities.
• Provide guidance and reminders to personnel about proper procedures and standards when necessary.
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance staff to coordinate access schedules for cleaned areas.
• Participate in periodic training and reviews of protocols to ensure up-to-date enforcement practices.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a security, safety, or quality control role, preferably in a cleanroom, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or food-processing environment.
• Strong observational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to enforce rules consistently and professionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform patrol duties as needed.
• Detail-oriented, assertive, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Work Environment:

• This position involves extended periods of standing and frequent movement between clean and general access areas.

Schedule:

• Full-time position, shifts may vary.
• Overtime, weekends, and holiday work may be required depending on operational needs.
