Process Engineer

We work closely with production to prevent issues before they happen and solve them quickly when they do.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our NPI team and play a key role in introducing new products into production while continuously improving existing processes.

This role combines hands-on work on the production floor, process leadership, and data-driven analysis in a multidisciplinary environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support ongoing production and troubleshoot issues (MRB).
• Lead root cause investigations (RCA) using methods like 5 Whys and Fishbone.
• Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify trends and improvements.
• Drive proactive process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead validation activities (V&V, IQ / OQ / PQ) for new technologies.
• Support product validation as part of the engineering team.

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical / Materials / Electrical / Quality or similar)
• 3+ years of experience in Process / Manufacturing / NPI Engineering.
• Experience leading root cause analysis (RCA).
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel).
• Strong English skills

• Strong technical mindset with the ability to understand products and processes.
• Fast learner with the ability to handle complex systems.
• Experience with multidisciplinary products.
• (mechanics, electronics, software, plastics, ATE systems).
• Ability to translate data insights into real-world process improvements.
