Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, strives to be the premier supplier in product quality, on-time delivery, and pre-production support to PACCAR’s Kenworth and Peterbilt truck divisions and PACCAR Parts. The Dynacraft Process Engineer reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and is responsible for assisting in the development of the strategic direction for the Plant in support of Dynacraft’s vision and goals as well as supporting the Truck Plants and Aftermarket Customer requirements. The Process Engineer role will be in McKinney Texas and is responsible for the study, analysis, development, and documentation of the plant assembly processes. The job also includes assistance with continuous improvement efforts focusing on departmental safety and quality improvement projects, ergonomic improvement projects, line balance optimization, and improvements in overall departmental efficiency.
