Process Engineer

You will develop standardized processes and drive continuous improvement to drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Qualifications :
Some sort of Polymer or Extrusion experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
CAD layout experience.
A minimum of 3 years of HANDS-ON process engineering experience .
Demonstrated ability to consult with all levels of the workforce.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating continuous improvement efforts.
Leading the selection of extrusion equipment.
Developing and implementing tooling and fixturing designs.
Establishing and maintaining labor standards.
Developing and implementing maintenance plans that reduce equipment downtime.
Administering and developing plant Capex and ECN procedures.
Establishing and maintaining plant CAD layouts.
