Springfield, OH employer hiring full time Process Engineer. The ideal candidate has strong experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and robotics in high-volume production. Knowledge of Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic controls, and quality processes.

Daily Responsibilities:

Supervise trial builds and document information (cycle time, output, issues, etc.).
Supervise millwrights during the installation process.
Develop new assembly processes/tooling.
Oversee equipment startup for new programs & implement new model updates.
Create process layouts that maximize output and minimize material handling.
