You\u2019ll drive process development for innovative panel\u2011based solutions, strengthen cross\u2011site collaboration, and mentor engineering talent.\n\nThis role offers strong growth opportunities, with pathways to expand your leadership scope and influence technical direction across the organization.\n\nIf you\u2019re energized by innovation, global teamwork, and building what comes next\u2014this is where you\u2019ll thrive.\n\nThis role is for PVD process engineer in the PPS organization within HI\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\n * Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments for multiple products\n\n * Utilize techniques, define methods, and apply new technologies to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on a high number of complex systems for multiple products\n\n * Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports and create process engineering specifications\n\n * Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects, within safety guidelines\n\n * Train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties and guide them in the interpretation of the data, new methodologies, troubleshooting techniques and issue resolution\n\n * Communicate and engage with customers to resolve a broad spectrum of complex process engineering issues, with limited supervision\n\n * Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation\n\n * Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers with limited to no supervision\n\n * Lead functional teams or projects, as needed\n\n\n\n\n \nMinimum Qualifications: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field\n\n * 7-10 years of related experience \n\n * Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$147,000.00 - $202,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
