Learn more about our benefits. \n\nAs a Process Engineer, you\u0027ll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You\u0027ll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R\u0026D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n 1. Drive innovative techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and new technologies and apply them to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on significantly complex systems for a range of programs, within safety guidelines.\n 2. Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on significantly complex process engineering experiments for a range of products, within safety guidelines\n 3. Design and implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation\n 4. Train engineers, define and implement new methodologies, define and apply new technologies, and/or troubleshoot and resolve significantly complex process engineering issues/problems for a range of products\n 5. Develop, plan and execute process engineering projects for a range of products\n 6. Interact with key customers to resolve significantly complex process engineering issues for a range of products to address our customers High Value Problems (HVP)\n 7. Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports for integrated products and generate process engineering specifications for integrated products\n 8. Define and validate film measurement techniques. Train engineers on the techniques and guide them in the interpretation of the data\n\n\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field\n * Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function\n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process or service improvements \n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program, project or services; works within general functional policies and industry guidelines\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\nTime Type:\n\nFull time\n\nEmployee Type:\n\nAssignee / Regular\n\nTravel:\n\nYes, 20% of the Time\n\nRelocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
