Process Engineering Intern (Summer) - Competitive Pay

Purpose: We are looking for a self-motivated Engineering Intern to join our Operations Department. This position is a full-time internship averaging around 40 hours per week.

Essential Duties:

• Support Re-Refinery production
• Field walk down drawings
• Analyze process trends for deviations
• Calculate production metrics
• Update relevant spreadsheets and powerpoint slides
• Additional duties as assigned by manager

Core Competencies:

• Currently enrolled in college with a major in Engineering, Science, or Math focus
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven strong organization skills, ability to manage multiple and varying tasks, and a quick learner
• Proven ability to prioritize, problem solve, and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook required
• Good communication, phone and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional work ethic and reliability

Education:

• Current college junior or senior level students majoring in engineering, science, math or related majors required.
• This is a paid internship

Physical Requirements: This role involves work in an office and in the field (process unit). Intern must be able to wear PPE, stand, walk, lift, reach push, pull, grasp, climb stairs and ladders and not be afraid of heights to complete assigned tasks
