Process Engineering Manager

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline 5+ years of engineering experience relevant to this role Ability to travel (~10%, domestic & international) at times to support development and transfer activities at various geographic locations 2+ years of experience as a leader of technical people (not necessarily by means of holding direct reports) Proven leadership and management of a technical group, providing coaching and development Prior experience in medical device or other highly-regulated industry Heart ablation catheter assembly and use experience Experience leading teams in developing and transferring manufacturing processes and/or production lines throughout a global network Experience working on development programs that span a wide range of functional and geographical reach Vision to see what technologies are going to be needed in the future and ability to get them started with little oversight or guidance Experience leading teams throughout a product life cycle from exploratory to commercialization and end of life Leadership traits/skill sets combined with experience working with component/product vendors Mechanical aptitude
