Your responsibilities will include Develop and execute the EEM (Early Equipment Management) Pillar Provide guidance and coaching for WCM EEM / EPM pillars Develop and lead the execution of manufacturing engineering strategic initiatives Facilitate & orchestrate technical focus to satisfy operational objectives Responsible for the development and growth of engineers, technicians, and other members of the team Responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations (assembly equipment, packaging, material handling, fixtures, and business processes) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field 5+ years of manufacturing experience MBA preferred Leadership experience in a large manufacturing environment (2+ years) Strong understanding of World Class Manufacturing principles and methodologies Experience in WCM, Lean Manufacturing Methods, problem-solving techniques, TPM, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Read and interpret Mechanical Drawings, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Schematics, working knowledge of hydraulics, gearing, mechanical clutch and brake assemblies, welding, and fabrication Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict to a resolution
