The Job You Will Perform:

• Responsible for successfully establishing an operating environment that embraces the continuous improvement process. The PIM is also responsible for leading the business efforts in quality through management and audit of all quality systems, and facilitation of the quality committee and process improvement initiatives. 
• Work with managers, supervisors and operating teams to understand and improve manufacturing and quality systems to accomplish operating objectives.
• Provide support by leading quality initiatives. Also, support safety initiatives such as safety audits, incident investigations and safety orientation for new hires.  Must understand OHSA/EPA regulations.
• Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
• Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
• Assist in development of new process capabilities, including Capital projects
• Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
• Monitor Incidents/Customer feedback status and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of customer specific quality testing, expectations, and requirements. 

• Back up support operational leaders

  The Skills You Will Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2 - 4 years experience manufacturing experience; preferably in a converting environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and managing high performance work systems and teams
