Job Description - Process Improvement, Senior Associate

Core Responsibilities
1.  Analyzes existing business processes usuing established methods and process improvement methodology.
2.  Identifies process or workflow issues and trends. Assists in reviewing performance using standard metrics and data.
3. Supports the preparation of reports on quality and other metrics. Tracks  effectiveness and identifies updates needed to stay compliant.
4. Updates documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses.
5.  Works with internal partners and stakeholders to support ongoing process improvement efforts
6.  Supports assigned processes and builds understanding of related procedures and controls. Follows established guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.
7.  Assists in coordinating follow-up activities and tracks progress on process improvement initiatives.
8.  Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Minimum of two years related work experience.
  • Process improvement certification (i.e. McKinsey Lean training, Six Sigma certification) preferred.
