Process Lead- Repro- B Crew

• Works in conjunction with Engineering technicians, EOL-Leads, Raw Material Leads and Quality techs in ensuring quality product is being produced


• Responsible for all material handlers and machine operators


• Coordinates personnel to ensure that production goals are met on a daily basis


• Responsible for ensuring Parameter Adherence 


• Communicate for all facets of line operations 

Know How, Experience, Education and Competencies:

• Must be knowledgeable in JDE/CONGOS/RFS SCANNERS


• Must be a machine operator II


• Must be familiar with, and able to work with, process notes


• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
