Process Manufacturing Coordinator

General Description

Focused on ensuring equipment comes to the Service Center of Excellence able to run to rate or that bank builds or outside processes are in place then enables equipment to be decommissioned.

Position Specific Requirements (PSR)

• Review Prints and parts to create Work Instructions and Packaging Instructions
• Troubleshoot Run and Rate issues with the manufacturing team
• Review customer requirements to create testing plans for parts that need PPAPed
• Determine Rates on lines
• Work with multi plants to maximize usages for packaging and maintain returnable packaging catalog.
• Manage Build outs in regards to tooling and equipment and bank builds
• Create and Review Cost cards from the process

Experience, Education, Qualifications

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues that arise during production, working with engineering and production teams to implement solutions.
• Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinating maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to manufacturer's procedures.
• Process Optimization: Utilizing techniques like Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of manufacturing processes, production data, and maintenance activities.
