This is how you will grow:

The Process Modelling Coordinator will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within our organization.  

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze existing processes
• Coordinate with departments, develop and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with standards and policies. 
• Create detailed process maps and flowcharts
• Perform document process changes, and report on process performance. 

This is how you will take us forward:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, 
• Some experience or exposure to process analysis or management through schooling, internships, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required
• Familiarity or experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Bizagi, or ARIS is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus but not required
• Strong data analysis, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Communication and collaboration skills
