Process Operator Dip/Benching

Use height gauges, calipers, hammers, and precision fixtures to adjust aluminum and copper parts to blueprint-defined tolerances.

· Interpret engineering drawings and quality specifications to determine dimensional requirements.

· Perform controlled mechanical adjustments to achieve precise fit, alignment, and form.

· Inspect parts to verify compliance with dimensional, visual, and quality standards.

· Handle and secure parts using approved tools and methods to prevent damage.

· Maintain an organized workstation and ensure tools and gauges are properly maintained.

· Accurately document measurements, adjustments, and inspection results per quality procedures.

· Follow all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

· Communicate with quality, engineering, and production teams to support workflow and resolve issues.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience using precision measurement tools such as height gauges, calipers, and mechanical fixtures.
• · Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• · Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience manipulating metal parts to tight tolerances.
• · Experience working with aluminum and copper materials preferred.
• · Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and repeatability.
• · Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify conformance to specifications.
• · Comfortable documenting measurements and work performed per quality procedures.
• · Understanding of shop safety practices and proper tool handling preferred..
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams
