Process Operator - I

· Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). 

· Operate, monitor, and control process equipment and systems to maintain safe and efficient production. 

· Perform start-up, shutdown, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures in accordance with established standards. 

· Monitor process conditions, alarms, and control systems; identify and respond to deviations or issues. 

· Collect, test, and record process samples and product data to ensure compliance with quality standards. 

· Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. 

· Perform basic preventative maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness; support maintenance personnel as needed. 

· Participate in shift handovers and review key performance indicators (KPIs) with supervisors. 

· Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including structured team problem-solving activities.

· Support training and development of team members as needed. 

· Assist other departments (e.g., warehousing, packaging) as required to support overall plant operations. 

· Actively participate in cross-training across different process areas and demonstrate competency in multiple operational functions. 

· Operate mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts) as required and in accordance with training. 

· Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be available for overtime as needed.
