Job Summary:
This is a dynamic role focused on the optimization, quality, and continuous improvement of shop and field repair processes, training efforts, and metric analysis
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Model the safety culture for ECI employees and customers
Lead key projects and initiatives that expand business system capabilities, process efficiency, and quality of service
Engage IT and service peers to develop and maintain KPIs and Metrics for the Mechanical Services business unit
Create, manage, and conduct internal and external training concerning a wide variety of valve and valve automation products
Work collaboratively with other ECI business units to ensure service solutions function across departments
Develop processes concerning repair and reporting to ensure and monitor customer satisfaction
Drive improvement with shop and field personnel across the ECI territory
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have a four-year electrical engineering degree
Has the ability to travel up to 20% on average, based on the customers and industries served
Has eight or more years of leadership experience in the process control industry with a strong working knowledge of control valves, instrumentation, isolation valves and process automation
Will possess strong presentation skills, consultative selling skills, strong interpersonal skills, excellent account planning skills and communication skills
Must have proven leadership capabilities
