Process or Manufacturing Engineering
Are you ready to take charge of engineering processes and drive excellence in manufacturing? We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead our team in optimizing production and ensuring top-notch quality across our operations.
Job Duties:
- Perform engineering, controlling, and owning processes across various manufacturing operations, from solder paste printing to assembly and testing.
- Implement and uphold IPC standards, statistical techniques, and quality methodologies like TQM and SPC to maintain top-tier quality control.
- Product quality planning, conduct thorough failure analysis, and lead initiatives for cycle time reduction and scrap minimization.
- Collaborate with customers and vendors, employing methodologies like 8D Problem Solving to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Utilize various data collection and reporting methods to track performance metrics and drive informed decision-making.
Schedule: 1st Shift 8:00AM-5:00PM and some Saturdays
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Access.
Pay: $26.44
