Process Support Engineer - PDC

Role Responsibilities:\n\n * Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and the service and repair of complex systems and equipment \n\n * Work closely with the customer to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture the most advanced semiconductor chips, many of which are inside everyday electronic devices \n\n * Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics; and compile reports with high-level conclusions on technically challenging process engineering experiments \n\n * Troubleshoot complex problems; perform multiple root cause analysis; and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering and customer product issues \n\n * Communicate with both internal stakeholders and the customer to achieve goals with a focus on building relationships and establishing trust \n\n * Apply your growing knowledge of best practices to offer a new perspective using existing solutions \n\n * Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and a liaison between the customer and business unit; you may also lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements \n\n\n\n\n \nMinimum Qualifications: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in chemistry/ physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or related field \n\n * 4\u20137 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry \n\n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and work to build consensus among project stakeholders \n\n * Communication proficiency in English language\n\n\n\n\n \nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n * Master\u2019s degree or PhD in a related field \n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 25% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$108,000.00 - $148,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
